(AUSTIN) — State Representative Donna Howard today announced a series of town hall meetings she will be hosting throughout the community over the next month, saying that she hopes the informal gatherings will be an opportunity for residents to ask questions, exchange ideas, and share input about the issues of concern to House District 48.
“We have taken significant steps on important issues in the past year-and-a-half,” Rep. Howard said. “Let’s hear from one another what the next steps should be.”
The first meeting is slated for next Wednesday, October 3, at Cook Elementary from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Like the others, it is designed to be informal so that people can come and go at their convenience.
